I was initially excited to order this book. However, when it arrived I was more than disappointed. First off on the "Legal Notes" page, I read, "The author and publisher bare no responsibility therein." For those who may miss my meaning here, the word "bare" means naked. the word "bear" means take responsibility. That didn't make me feel confident that an editor had reviewed and edited this book! Comparing this book with the other two of the same series, by the same author (Sugar Elimination" and "the essential handbook to essential oils") revealed that they are all written using a formula. Sentence structure is the same, with different words plugged in. Additionally, some of the "recipes" in this book make no sense whatsoever. An example of this is from the "Turmeric and Honey Delight" which starts on page 53. On page 5 it reads, "Method: Add all of the ingredients to a bowl, and mix well. Pour the mixture into a glass, and boil the water, before pouring it into a jug. Allow it to cool a little, and then add it to the glass. Stir well, and serve." In addition to this, I note each book has a unique date on the right hand side of the very last page that appears to be the date I ordered it! I have no use for this typ of "Essential Handbook" and will be returning all three that I ordered for a full refund. BUYER BEWARE Save your money. This book is a joke.Product details
